I made this card a few weeks ago for Amy and wanted to use my new Cuttlebug alphabet dies. So, I pulled out my Cuttlebug and used the Spots and Dots embossing folder for the card front on Wild Wasabi cardstock. I punched the circles out using my Fiskars circle punch, then cut out the letters using the Olivia alphabet. To adhere the letters onto the circles I ran them through my Xyron sticker machine...much easier than trying to glue them. Finally, I painted the chipboard letter "U" and used Stickles as polka dots. I used some foam squares to add some dimension to the letters "h" and "n" to make them stand out a bit.
Recipe
Cardstock: Wild Wasabi, Purely Pomegranate, Summer Sun, Elegant Eggplant, Pumpkin Pie, Blue Bayou (Stampin' Up); White (Office Depot)
Accents: Chipboard (Heidi Swapp); Burgundy Stickles (Ranger Ink)
Tools: Cuttlebug; Olivia Alphabet, Spots and Dots embossing folder (Cuttlebug); Circle Punch (Fiskars); Foam Squares (Close to my Heart); Xyron sticker machine
Thanks for looking,
