I've had the Close To My Heart Star Struck stamp set and Good Times paper packet for a while and have been wanting to use it but haven't had the occasion. I've only been making feminine cards lately and haven't had the time to do a scrapbook page for one of the boys, which is the reason I bought it in the first place. Well, my friend Phil had his 30th birthday a few weeks ago so I had to make him a card quick so this is what I came up with. Everything is CTMH except the chipboard numbers.
